The ACFC Bread Program was my first project on the food team, where I developed the brand and designed the packaging. I tackled unique packaging challenges to ensure functionality while maintaining strong shelf appeal. Launched during the COVID bread-baking boom, the product became a best-seller at Joann, resonating with the surge in home baking.

  • Packaging Design & Problem-Solving: Designed visually appealing packaging while brainstorming solutions for tricky packaging constraints to ensure durability and usability.

  • Retail & Consumer Alignment: Positioned the product for success at Joann by considering market trends and the growing interest in at-home bread baking.
