SWEET TOOTH FAIRY

After securing 10 feet of inline space in Michaels, we continuously evaluated sales data to optimize and expand the product assortment. Sprinkles and Meltables emerged as best sellers, leading to further innovation in cake and cookie decorating. To drive engagement year-round, we developed seasonal programs featuring both trend-forward and timeless baking essentials.

THE OUTCOME

The inline and space in Michaels evolved with data-driven product additions, maintaining strong sell-through rates. Seasonal programs further strengthened the category, reinforcing Sweet Tooth Fairy's position as a go-to brand for baking and decorating essentials.
